How do you choose the right size?
A = chest measured under the armpits at the widest point of the chest.
B = waist circumference measured at the narrowest point of the waist.
C = hip circumference measured at the widest point of the hips.
D = back length is measured from the neck (the 7th cervical vertebra is the largest and most obvious vertebra, which you can feel by trying it) to the bottom of the hips (the product is measured from the neck seam to the end point of the bottom edge of the shirt).
E = Sleeve length is measured from the widest point of the shoulder to the wrist bone (product measured from the shoulder seam to the end point of the sleeve).
Measurement instructions:
When choosing a product for yourself, consider the following:
1) Measure yourself close to your skin, for example over a thin shirt or underwear.
2) When measuring, leave a finger between the measuring tape and the skin to ensure proper clearance.
3) The measuring tape should not be tightened when measuring.
