Products are delivered to the National Team online store's collection point within 1-3 business days. If the product is available in the Forum store, you can collect your order within a few hours of placing it.

The shipping fee for an order is determined by the chosen delivery method. Please note! The online store excludes delivery options for which the order cannot be delivered due to size or weight. Large items are typically only available for home delivery. For example, football goals.

DELIVERY METHODS

PARCEL LOCKERS AND COLLECTION POINTS

Collection from a parcel locker

Arrives 1–2 business days from dispatch. Also Saturday deliveries. Available for collection for 7 days. Trackable.

You will receive the parcel at your chosen Posti or locker. The progress of the shipment can be tracked online or with the OmaPosti app. 

How it works:

You can pick up your parcel from the locker whenever suits you, even while shopping. You will receive a code via text message, and in OmaPosti, which opens the locker.

1) You will receive an arrival notification

Once we have delivered the parcel to the locker, you will receive information about the locker in OmaPosti and via text message. Pick up the parcel today or within 7 days at the latest.

2) See the locker number and open it with the code

The arrival notification will tell you the locker number and the 6-digit opening code. Open the locker with the code.

3) Grab your parcel and close the locker

Thank you and see you again!

Delivery to a Posti collection point

When collecting a parcel from Posti, bring the arrival notification or shipment ID and your ID (driver's license, passport, or police-issued ID card). It also works if you show the collection code directly from the OmaPosti app.

HOME DELIVERY

Home Parcel, under 35kg

Posti home delivery at an agreed time

Home delivery at an agreed time on weekdays from 9 AM to 9 PM. In busier areas, also on Saturdays. You will receive a request to select a delivery time after the parcel has been in transit for 1–2 business days. At the same time, you can choose whether you want to receive the parcel in person or left at the door.

The progress of the shipment can be tracked online or with the OmaPosti app.

Small parcel to door (or mailbox)

The parcel is delivered by the postman to your mailbox, letterbox or behind your front door, depending on its size. A photo is taken of parcels left behind the door.

The journey of the parcel can be tracked in the OmaPosti app. The recipient is notified either by text message or in the OmaPosti app when the postman leaves for the route with the parcel, and when the parcel has been delivered.

This new delivery method is a more affordable option than traditional home delivery.

Delivery time is 2–7 business days. This delivery method is available for small online store parcels (max. 38 cm x 38 cm x 28 cm, 4 kg)

NATIONAL TEAM ONLINE STORE COLLECTION POINTS

National Team Online Store - Official Finland Football Store

Shopping Center Forum, 1st floor, Mannerheimintie 20, Helsinki. 

The store is located on the first floor of the shopping center, near the Simonkatu entrance.

We are open Mon–Fri 10 AM–8 PM, Sat 10 AM–7 PM and Sun 10 AM–6 PM. We will store your package for 14 days.

Palloliitto office, Urheilukatu 5

Products are delivered to the Finnish Football Association office at:
Urheilukatu 5, 00250 Helsinki (Bolt Arena, south end).

The office is open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM.

Collection from the National Team online store's collection point is always free of charge!

Products can be collected for 4 weeks from when the customer has received an email notification that the order is available for collection.

Uncollected orders are automatically returned to the warehouse, and funds will not be refunded unless the customer has cancelled the order.
