1. General information
These terms and conditions apply in the business relationship between Fanimo Oy (hereinafter "Fanimo") and its customers (hereinafter "customer"). Fanimo Oy has the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the contract terms valid at the time of order, which can be read on the website of the online store.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the Football Association of Finland's general online service terms and conditions apply to the online store. The user of Football Association of Finland online services undertakes to comply with the valid terms of use. In these terms of use, online services mean all online services produced by FAF or maintained on the internet, such as www.finlandfootballstore.fi
In addition, the privacy policy of the Football Association of Finland and Fanimo Oy applies to the customer data of the online store.

3. Transactions and registration in the online store
The official products of the Finnish national football teams are sold by Fanimo Oy. We sell products to adults (over 18 years of age) in Finland and abroad who have a valid e-mail address. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Placing an order does not require registration. If the customer orders products without registering, the customer must provide the information marked as mandatory with each order. These terms and conditions apply to both registered and unregistered users' transactions in the service.
The customer must provide correct information about himself when doing business in the online store and when registering as a customer of the online store. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information they provide and is obliged to notify Fanimo of any changes in the information without delay.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that the Football Association of Finland and Fanimo Oy will process his personal data in accordance with their privacy policy.
If the customer wishes, he can register as a customer of the online store and thus speed up transactions in the online store. Registration is free of charge. When registering for the online store, the customer's username is the e-mail address he provided. After registration, the customer receives a link via email, through which he can set a password. The customer is responsible for the careful storage and confidentiality of the password and is responsible for all transactions in the online store using their usernames. The customer must contact customer service immediately if the customer notices or suspects that his credentials have been revealed or that his credentials are being misused. Fanimo has the right to freeze or close the customer's credentials.
4. Ordering products
Products are generally ordered via the internet from www.finlandfootballstore.fi via the shopping cart.
The product is ordered by selecting a product from the online shop selection. The products selected by the customer are added to the customer's shopping cart, where the desired order quantities for the products are selected. You can also remove products from the shopping cart before confirming the order and paying. The technical systems of the online store automatically check the availability of the products selected in the shopping cart every time the Customer visits the shopping cart page. It is possible that the availability of the product shown in the shopping cart changes even before the payment transaction.
An order binding on the Customer is created when the Customer sends his order in the Online Store (however, see the section "Right of Cancellation"). The customer is advised to check the content of his order carefully before confirming the order. The customer understands and accepts that the order is accompanied by an obligation to pay.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail with a contract confirmation ("order confirmation"), which states:
- order number
- subscriber information
- order payment method
- the final amount of the invoice
- ordered products
- delivery method and costs
- share of VAT
Fanimo has the right not to accept the order. Fanimo may not accept the order, for example, because the product or its replacement product is no longer available.
The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order, and to the fact that the Football Association of Finland and Fanimo Oy will process his personal data in accordance with their privacy policy.
5. Prices
The prices of the products are valid indefinitely or for a separately stated period. The products are charged based on the price valid at the time of the order, as shown in the contract confirmation. If an incorrect price has entered the Online Shop, the price does not bind Fanimo, if the Customer knew or should have known that the price was incorrect.
Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The prices of the products do not include delivery and handling costs, but are indicated separately both immediately in connection with the order and in the confirmation sent to the Customer.
The delivery fee for the products is mentioned separately for the product. If the Customer orders several products with different delivery fees, the delivery fee is determined according to the largest delivery fee. Only one delivery fee is charged for one order.
6. Payment methods
The products and their delivery costs are paid when ordering.
International customers:
Credit card payments go through Shopify Payments. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
For Finnish Customers:
In the online store, you can pay with the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankkit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, as well as MobilePay, Pivo and Collector invoice and partial payment. Payment is made through Paytrail Oyj's website.

Credit card payments go through Shopify Payments.
Payment is made at the end of the order process. After the payment transaction has been approved, the Customer's order goes from Verkkokaupta to Fanimo's processing and delivery phase.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Online banks
The payment brokerage service related to online bank payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
Collector invoice or Installment payment
You can pay for purchases up to €5,000 with the Collector Invoice/Instalment service. For the Collector Invoice, you always get an interest-free* payment period of at least 30 days and up to 60 days.
The invoice is due for payment only on the last day of the calendar month following the date of purchase. (* Payment term interest is 0%, a €2.95 invoicing fee is added to the first invoice)
You can pay the entire balance of the invoice on the due date or you can also choose installments of 1-36 months. Installment payment starts automatically when the minimum installment indicated on the invoice has been paid. If you wish, you can also pay in larger installments or pay off the entire balance at once.
The installment interest is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to a nominal annual interest rate of 19.20%. An account management fee of €2.95 per month is added to the bill, in which case the effective annual interest calculated for a purchase of €1,000 is 21.3%.
The Collector Invoice/Partial Payment can be used by a person who has reached the age of 20 and has impeccable credit. Collector Bank AB performs a credit check in connection with the order. For late payments and unpaid invoices, Collector Bank AB charges a reminder fee of 5 euros and 1.6% monthly interest for the delayed period.

7. Availability of products
Fanimo strives to have up-to-date and correct information about the available products in the Online Store, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information, nor the availability or adequacy of the products sold. Certain products are produced only in limited quantities or the product may otherwise be temporarily sold out.
If, after receiving the order, it becomes apparent that the ordered product is temporarily or permanently out of stock after the system has made the order possible, Fanimo will notify the Customer of this without delay using the contact information provided by the Customer.
If the ordered product is not available at all, Fanimo undertakes to reimburse the Customer in full for the price already paid for the ordered product, and the sale is deemed to have been completed for the product in question. Fanimo's customer service will contact the Customer in such a situation, and the Customer has the option to keep the transaction valid and accept a longer delivery time or the delivery of a replacement product.
8. Delivery of products
If the Customer does not pick up the delivered product from the Post office of his choice within the deadline, Fanimo is entitled to charge the customer new delivery costs for resending the products.

Only package orders can be tracked with a shipping ID.
9. Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The 14-day return period starts from the day the customer receives the order. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. Jerseys with prints are not subject to the right of return.
The refund will be paid after we have received and inspected the returned product. Once the return has been approved, you will receive instructions for refunding the payment by e-mail.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Postage for the original order will not be refunded.
10. Right of cancellation
When you order from the National Team's online store, you have the statutory right of cancellation (consumer protection act 38/1978, chapter 6, section 9, subsection 3). The cancellation period ends 14 days after the goods have been received.
To exercise the right of cancellation, the Customer must notify Fanimo's customer service of the decision to cancel the contract by email (kauppa@palloliitto.fi).
Once the Customer has received the product, he must keep it essentially unchanged and undiminished until he has decided to keep the item. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, Fanimo has the right to charge a discount up to the full price of the product.
However, the customer does not have the right to cancel the so-called customized product, i.e. a product that is manufactured or modified in accordance with the Customer's individual needs and wishes. This means, for example, jerseys with prints.
The customer can return the products he ordered by using the product exchange and return form that came with the order. Alternatively, the Customer can use the cancellation form below, but its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is enough for the Customer to send a notice of using the cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.
11. Cookies
The www.finlandfootballstore.fi site uses cookies, which can be used to further develop the site to be more user-friendly than before. The purpose of cookies on the www.finlandfootballstore.fi website is to facilitate, improve and speed up the shopping experience. Cookies can also be used to offer better offers and more personalized product recommendations to the customer. A cookie is a small text file that the www.finlandfootballstore.fi web server stores on the user's hard drive. Some of the content of the www.finlandfootballstore.fi website may require the acceptance of cookies in order to function. The user's web browser probably accepts cookies with ready-made default settings, but the user can also prevent the use of cookies from the browser settings or by deleting cookies from the browser after using the service. 12. Processing of personal data
The Football Association of Finland and Fanimo Oy process the personal data of online shopping customers in accordance with their privacy policy.
13. Force majeure
Fanimo is not responsible for damage, product defects, delivery delays or other breach of contract caused by circumstances beyond Fanimo's control (force majeure). Even in such a situation, however, Fanimo strives to serve the Customer in the best possible way.
14. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time. Customer's transactions in the Online Store After the Terms have been changed, confirmation is made that the Customer accepts the changes made to the Terms.
15. Dispute resolution
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
